JUNE 13TH - 10:00 AM TO 2:00 PM

We have put this event together with you in mind.  We are trying to help you jump start your season again after all the recent changes.  THIS EVENT IS FREE FOR VENDORS AND PARTICIPANTS.  With your reservation, we will require a deposit of $35.00.  We will reimburse you the deposit once you set up on the day of the event.

We have 25 spaces available (first come, first serve) Tents will be set up with a 6 ft. space in between to continue social distancing. Vendor must provide own tent and weights, tables, and chairs as needed.  Please let us know in the comment section if you will need electric.   

Your space can be set up at 8:30 am and break down at 2:00 pm. There will be no exceptions for early break down.If you break down prior to 2:00 pm, you will not be allowed to come back as a vendor.


I hereby register to sell at Coconut Barrel and I understand that this contract relates only to the products listed herein and that any further products will require approval by COCONUT BARREL management.


Vendor agrees to be solely responsible for loss or damage to sale articles and any vendor property and to hold Coconut Barrel harmless from any liability, which may result from vendor’s negligence or willful misconduct.


Full payment is due upon signing of agreement. Your spot is not secure without payment. 


With this form complete, I agree to participate and pay for the dates and times.I have committed to COCONUT BARREL Let’s Get Local Market.
